Edmonton High Level Street Car and Art Walk

Wednesday, July 16, 2014

Phew...it's been a busy busy summer so far, but there is also nothing I love more than Edmonton in the summer! No matter what there is always something going on...we really are the Festival City. This weekend I got the chance to take in something I have not done in years! We took the High Level Bridge Streetcar from downtown to Whyte Ave for the Art Walk. My sister took part in the Whyte Ave Art Walk for the second year, she is so unbelievably talented, see picture below!! And theres nothing greater fashion wise than a comfy Sunday with a maxi dress, hat and Birkenstocks, especially after a night out for a stagette.

Just waiting for the streetcar with the beautiful Legislature building in the background.

How cute is the interior?

Crossing the bridge and getting caught Instagramming...

It ends right near the Old Strathcona Farmers Market

Checking out my sisters art work, she is crazy talented! It seems as though my Van Gogh bag is appropriate for the occasion.

Have a happy hump day! What are your favourite things to do in your city?

    1. It's so fun! I was a little scared of the height across the High Level, but totally worth the view!
